Changing your password

You can change your Mailock password from within your account by clicking here. You'll need to sign in with your email address and password.

If you're not sure what your password could be and cannot access your account, you can reset your password on the sign in screen. For more assistance resetting your password click here

After signing in you'll see the below screen:

Complete the fields and click on 'Update password' and you're done. Click on 'Sign out' at the top left and close the browser window to finish.
