How do I cancel my Mailock subscription?

We'll be really sad to see you go but should you ever wish to cancel your account, please let us know.
You can do this by submitting a cancellation request via the Company Admin portal. 

Access to the Company Admin portal is restricted to users who have been assigned company owner or company administrator roles. You can find the Company Admin portal here.

You can sign-in with the same credentials that you used to sign up with during the registration process for Mailock. 

Once you are signed in, go to the 'Subscription' tab and click on the dropdown menu titled 'Need to cancel your subscription?':

Next select 'send cancellation request':

Choose a reason for your cancellation, provide any additional comments, and then click on 'Send cancellation request':

You will be directed to a confirmation screen. Our team will be in touch with you to confirm details of your request:
