One of the many features of Mailock Pro is the option to add custom branding and text, as demonstrated by our example company, 'Beyenc', in the screen below.
To customize your secure email notifications with your company branding and personalized text that accompanies your recipients throughout their secure email experience, follow the steps outlined below.
The first step is to log in via the Company Admin portal, to access the portal, sign in using the same credentials you created during your Mailock registration. Please note that only users designated as company 'owners' or 'administrators' will have permission to enter the portal.

Next select the 'Company Settings' tab, followed by 'Branding':
All changes made will be shown in real time within the template preview window on the right.
Drag and drop your logo into the logo box (1):
Alternatively, click on the box to add your logo, this will bring up an 'Open' screen, locate and select your company logo file.
Select 'Open' and this will add your logo to the Branding screen.
The image files need to be either .png or .jpg, no more than 100KB in size and be square or rectangular (the rectangle must be at least as wide as it is high but no more than four times wider than it is high).
You also have the option to include custom text (2), allowing you to personalize your message further.
You can enter a maximum of 512 characters for this text.
When you've finished, select the 'Save Changes' button (3) or if you need to remove any changes you've made select the 'Abandon Changes' button (4). If you'd like to remove everything added select the 'Reset to Defaults' button (5) :
A green confirmation banner is displayed, at the top of the screen, to confirm your branding has been successfully added:
If there are any issues adding your logo or text, it'll flag up with an error displaying the issue, for example image size too big and you can adjust accordingly.
