If you’ve received a secure message, clicked on ‘Read my message’ and are taken to a screen like the one below then you'll need to check your mobile for a text message with a 6 digit code.
The message on your phone will look similar to this:
Make a note of the 6 digit code and enter it on the earlier screen.
Click on ‘Submit’ and you will be taken to your message as per example below:
If you have more than one text from Mailock, look for the one whose date/time matches that of the secure email you received.
If you would like to reply securely to the sender click on the ‘Reply’ button, either at the top or bottom right of the screen. More details can be found here.
If you haven’t received a code, there could be a delay with your mobile service provider or perhaps the sender entered an incorrect number. Look in the original email you received for the sender’s details and get in touch with them to check.
