I’m unable to download the Outlook add-in, what can I do?
Some businesses lock down user’s computers so that it is not possible to download and install any plugins or add-ins. This is good practice for large organisations so if you're receiving a pop up, like the one below, please consult your local IT administrator for advice on gaining the correct permissions to install the Mailock Outlook add-in.
