I’m unable to login to Mailock when using the Outlook add-in
If you click on the ‘Sign in’ button on the Mailock ribbon in Outlook, as demonstrated in the example below, and all you see is a blank ‘Beyond Encryption – Authentication’ window, which quickly disappears leaving you still signed out, there’s a good chance your PC time and/or date is incorrect.
Correct them, restart Outlook and try signing in again – you should see the usual Mailock sign-in screen and be able to sign in as normal.
