What happens if I don't know the answer to the security question?

Both the security question and its answer are encrypted so we're unable to give them out. If you're stuck on the message security screen, like the example below, you’ll need to contact your sender, who set up the question and answer, to discuss what has been set.

Just to let you know,  after 5 incorrect attempts the sender will be notified, and the message will be locked.
